Ballin & Associates accepts cases referred to us by other attorneys and provides remuneration when those referrals comply with all relevant statutes and ethical benchmarks. We accept referred cases that call for an extensive commitment of resources by a local firm and those that fit well within our fields of expertise.

We also represent out-of-state residents who have been injured while traveling through Massachusetts, as students, visitors, tourists, or while working here.
