John McMaster
Attorney John McMaster earned a bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Northeastern University in 1983. He went on to the Massachusetts State Police Academy, Municipal Police Officers Class, and served as a police officer before entering New England School of Law and earning his law degree in 1992. He practiced in the areas of civil litigation until 1999, when he joined the Worcester County District Attorney’s office, where he tried a large number of jury cases.
Since his arrival, Attorney McMaster has helped build the practice of Ballin & Associates through referrals because his clients have not only valued his successful results, but they have valued the time he took to understand them and how their injuries have effected their lives at home and at work. Attorney McMaster is always looking at his cases from different angles and pursues every lead until he finds a successful approach and strategy. His clients have come to value and respect his compassion, as well as the courage and conviction which made him a successful police officer and Assistant District Attorney. As a result he has already collected millions of dollars for his clients, whether it be by settlement, arbitration, mediation or trial. His approach is always the same, whether he is working on a multimillion dollar case or a rear end motor vehicle accident resulting in a sprained neck or back: be compassionate, be innovative and be results-oriented.
Attorney McMaster is a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and the Massachusetts Bar Association.
