Richard Miller
Attorney Richard Miller is a principal at Ballin & Associates. He began at Ballin & Associates as a law clerk while attending law school and joined the firm in 1992. He has represented clients in all types of personal injury claims and has litigated cases in both District and Superior Courts.
Attorney Miller has helped build the law practice of Ballin & Associates through referrals because his clients have not only valued his successful results, but they have valued the time he took to understand them and how their injuries have effected their lives at home and at work. Like Attorney Ballin, he never gives up, pursues every possible avenue and looks at every angle until he finds a successful approach and strategy. He holds a B.A. in Political Science from Stonehill College, North Easton, Massachusetts, and received his law degree in 1992 from Boston University School of Law. Attorney Miller is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association, the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys and the American Association for Justice.
