Rhode Island Grammie13 July 2025In November of 2024 I had an injury, due to a fall, on a commercial property. I felt that there was negligence on the part of the owner of the property. I sought the help of Attorney Jared Ballin. At the onset of our relationship he advised me that in cases like this, more often than not, a settlement can’t be reached. He didn’t feel that a jury trial would be in order. We decided to move forward with an out of court settlement, hoping that the owner and his insurance company would see my point. As predicted, the property owner’s insurance company denied my claim. That being said, if I need legal assistance in the future, I wouldn’t hesitate to work with Ballin Law. After being injured in a motor vehicle accident where the other driver failed to stop at a red light I had a lingering pain in my neck and back. The other operator had the minumum amount of insurance and her insurance company wanted to settle my claim for next to nothing. After almost three years of chiropractors, physical therapy and an orthopedic doctor, who did nothing for me, Attorney Jared Ballin referred me to a specialist who finally relieved my pain once and for all.
