Attorney Michael Curtis is an experienced litigation attorney who has represented victims of negligence in various types of personal injury claims in both the Massachusetts and Rhode Island courts. Prior to joining Ballin & Associates, Michael practiced at highly regarded personal injury firms in Massachusetts and Rhode Island, where he handled cases from inception to trial, helping secure recoveries for workers compensation, Social Security Disability, and personal injury clients.

Michael graduated summa cum laude from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2009 and with distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2012, where he served as a Note & Comment Editor on the Iowa Law Review. He is admitted to the practice of law in both the state and federal courts of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Michael is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, and Massachusetts Academy of Trial Attorneys.

In his spare time, Michael enjoys running, spending time with his wife and two young children, and taking in college football games on Saturdays in the fall.
